The new flood risk notice landlords are required to provide tenants will be required starting March 20, sooner than initially anticipated. Landlords must give the notice to tenants before signing or renewing their lease, and both the landlord and tenant must sign it. New Jersey Realtors® will update their forms accordingly by March 20.
